Great service and a 'cure' for memory loss. Forgot to inform Ty I use SPD-SL cleats, no problem they borrowed some pedals off of a staff members bike. Forgot to bring my Garmin mount, no problem they sourced one. 'Forgot' I was such a slow cyclist and couldn't get the bike back in time, no problem, they extended the hire with a kind request just to ensure it was back in time for the next person. Great service not to be forgotten!
Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Tom was very helpful, collected my bike and managed to repair it (Di2) and do the silver service. Afterwards the bike looked and rode like new (its done 15k miles and was in a complete state due to riding over the winter on the lanes around chipping norton). Great price, great service and did not quibble about the state of the bike! I will be back and recommend to others. Thanks.

Ty Cycles were totally terrific to deal with. They brought the bike to my hotel. Picked it up at the end of the journey. The bike was perfect and in great riding condition. They were very pleasant and helpful in regards to communication and suggestions. They had recommended to reach out to Michael Cooper for guide and route planning. Michael also was amazing. So helpful and dedicated to making sure that guests in the region have a safe and enjoyable tour on the bike. I am for sure going to return one day, and I will reach out to TY cycles and Michael when I do. Thanks of making my solo cycle trip safe and lovely.
