Even though I live 45 minutes away from this dental practice and there are many more options locally, I wouldn't dream of moving. The personal and professional experience I have had every time I have been to both dentist and hygienist allows me to relax in the knowledge that I'm in the best of hands. Couldn't recommend more.
On the whole I am very happy with the practice. However I find it very off-putting to be asked for money the minute I walk in, without the receptionists even checking if I am in the middle of a course of treatment. I understand this is because some patients have walked out without paying. Surely the practice knows which ones did this and they could then ask them only for pre-payment.
I don't wait weeks for appointments. It's in a great location with free parking next door. I had a checkup yesterday and the dentist explained my x-rays and how to take extra care with certain teeth to avoid fillings.
Great dental practice with great dental surgeons, great dental nurses and receptionists that aren't too bag. Let's face it, the latter are usually the scariest. Here they are not too bad, even if sometimes lacking a smile and offering a frown instead.Rachel ( Dentist) is excellent, possibly the best I've seen.
