Absolutely useless and fabulously rude into the bargain. The legal team have a complacent, couldn't care less attitude. They are painfully slow and never ever keep you informed. The icing on the cake is the behaviour of one of the two receptionists who has to be seen to be believed, she treats you like dirt! I wish I'd taken the trouble to ask around about them in advance as I've now come across quite a few others who have found exactly the same. All in all a thoroughly bad experience, avoid them at all costs!
