NO STARS - Never booked a holiday to have my smile and excitement wiped off my face within 6 hours. I feel ripped off and taken for a ride. Booking a holiday is meant to be something to look forward to but because of large % commission they put on without informing you it makes the holiday cost much more than if you booked with the same company. You are charged their commission. If you don't want to spoil your holiday do not use them. Having never given me any terms and conditions despite sending me other emails they turned to me and said that i could not have my deposit back as many companies normally have a 8 week cut off point ( i have a 6 month cut off) Carrick just take your money and run.Disappointed, trust gone, spoilt a holiday of a life time, left crying at the loss of money and taken for a ride.
