Typical once good deli bought out by a retired couple wanting something to do. Better, I suppose, than buying a pub and drinking yourself to death. The previous owner really knew her stuff, and used to regularly visit Italy to source her stuff. The current owners honestly don't have a clue. Yet another example of the decline of Chipping Norton. The high streets in are not dying because of the internet, they are dying because the shops are being taken over by people like this.

Nice shop ....but oh the lady in charge was grumpy....not exactly service with a smile! I felt that she could have benefited from going on some customer care training. Maybe I caught her on a bad day? The young lady helping in the shop was very helpful.The food I bought was ok.
Love this shop-cum-cafe. Fabulous foodstuffs, delightfully presented and super staff. Just a tad small for larger parties to eat in but plenty of delicacies to buy and enjoy at home!
Gorgeous coffee. Amazing range of specialist products and such lovely girls working there. Lovely Saturday morning treat with my mum.
