Visited Mash a month ago - my husband spotted a lovely wallet he liked. As we live a distance away, I phoned the store and arranged for it to be posted to me as a surprise gift. Bob couldn't have been more helpful - he sent photos to locate the correct product, arranged for its purchase from its sister shop, forwarded proof of postage etc so I could receive it on time. He really went the extra mile so would highly recommend a visit to this great shop.
